Project TARKASH is India's strategic initiative dedicated to forging an impactful and significantly strong counter-terrorism response mechanism. Our mission is driven by a core belief: To defeat evolving threats, we must constantly upgrade our training doctrines and embrace innovative methods. Leading this charge is our Founder and Director, Major Sidram Solankar(Retd), highly qualified & decorated Counter-Terrorism Specialist who served in the elite National Security Guard (NSG), the "Black Cat" Commando force of India. Unified Force of Veterans: This project marks a historic first in Indian security: a unified brain trust where veterans from the nation's most elite special operations forces converge.Our highly motivated and experienced team includes specialists from Para Airborne/ Special Forces, National Security Guard (NSG), Rashtriya Rifles (RR), Special Protection Group (SPG), Anti Naxal Special Units etc. They are committed to pooling their combat expertise, researching tactical solutions, and empowering the young forces who operate in conflict zones. ​Cutting-Edge Training and Doctrine: Project TARKASH is dedicated to mastering the art and science of counter-terrorism through a rigorous, evidence-based approach. Our scientifically designed courses focus on the innovative enhancement of human performance on any battlefield. Key areas of expertise include: Close Quarter Combat (CQC): Dominating the immediate tactical environment. Hand-to-Hand Combat : Unarmed Combat or Human response mechanism in highly stressed operations using mindful techniques. Scientific Shooting Methods: Achieving precision and speed under extreme duress. Advanced Urban Warfare Tactics: Navigating and neutralizing threats in complex cityscapes. Our training is underpinned by Evidence-Based Studies and Data-Driven Analysis—ensuring every doctrine we develop is proven and effective. Bridging the Tactical Gap We are actively collaborating with various State and Central Armed Forces. Critically, Project TARKASH is working to bridge the operational gaps between these forces and the private security sector. Our ultimate goal is to achieve seamless synergy and unified action across all security layers during a terror attack or any high-threat scenario.
